These terms explain the rules for using EHOSTSPRO as a private Facebook Page publishing and scheduling dashboard.

By accessing or using EHOSTSPRO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the dashboard.
EHOSTSPRO is a private web dashboard that helps the owner connect Facebook Pages, create posts, upload images or videos, schedule content, manage categories, preview content, and publish first or additional comments using official Meta/Facebook APIs.
The dashboard is intended for authorized owner/admin access only. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity performed from your account.
To connect Facebook Pages, you must authorize the app through Facebook Login/OAuth. You agree to use the app only with Facebook Pages you own, manage, or are authorized to publish on.
You also agree to follow all applicable Meta/Facebook terms, policies, Page rules, content rules, and platform requirements. EHOSTSPRO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
You are responsible for all text, images, videos, links, comments, schedules, and other content created or published through the dashboard. You must not use the app to publish illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, spam, abusive, or unauthorized content.
The application may schedule and publish posts according to the selected date/time. Publishing depends on server availability, correct tokens, Facebook API availability, Page permissions, file limits, and Meta Platform rules. We do not guarantee that every scheduled post will publish successfully.
Facebook access tokens are used only to perform actions requested from the dashboard, such as listing Pages, publishing posts, uploading media, and creating comments. If permissions are removed, expired, or rejected by Meta, some features may stop working.
Your use of the app is also governed by the EHOSTSPRO Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.html.
The dashboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be unavailable due to server issues, maintenance, expired tokens, bugs, or changes to Meta/Facebook APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHOSTSPRO is not responsible for lost posts, failed schedules, Facebook account restrictions, Page restrictions, API errors, data loss, business losses, or indirect damages resulting from use of the dashboard.
These Terms may be updated when features, business needs, legal requirements, or Meta Platform requirements change. Continued use of the dashboard after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
