Private use notice: EHOSTSPRO is intended for private owner use to manage and schedule posts for Facebook Pages controlled by the website owner. If access is later given to other users, this policy should be reviewed and updated before public use.

1. Who We Are

EHOSTSPRO is a private social media scheduling dashboard operated from the domain ehosts.pro. The application is designed to help the owner connect Facebook Pages, create posts, upload media, schedule publishing, and manage first or additional comments.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the dashboard, we may collect and store the following information:

Account details such as name, username, email address, and encrypted password.
Facebook connection data received after Facebook Login/OAuth authorization.
Facebook Page information such as Page ID, Page name, Page profile image, category assignment, and Page access token.
Post content such as text, status text, scheduled date/time, post color/background options, images, videos, first comment, and extra comments.
Technical logs such as publishing status, API response messages, errors, IP address, browser information, and timestamps.

3. Facebook Data We Use

The application may request Facebook permissions only for the purpose of managing Facebook Pages that you control. These may include permissions such as viewing the list of Pages, reading Page information, managing Page posts, and accessing Page metadata required for publishing and scheduling.

Facebook data is used only to connect your Pages, display available Pages inside the dashboard, publish posts you create, upload image/video content, schedule posts, and add comments when requested by you.

4. How We Use Information

To authenticate the dashboard owner.
To connect and display Facebook Pages.
To create, edit, schedule, publish, or delete scheduled posts.
To upload and manage media files for posts.
To publish first comments and additional comments after a post is created.
To troubleshoot failed publishing attempts and improve system reliability.
To comply with Meta Platform requirements and applicable legal obligations.

5. How We Store and Protect Data

Data is stored on the website/server database connected to ehosts.pro. Passwords should be stored only as encrypted hashes. Facebook access tokens should be stored securely and used only by the application backend to perform actions requested from the dashboard.

Reasonable technical measures should be used, including HTTPS/SSL, restricted admin access, secure file permissions, regular backups, and removal of unused tokens.

6. Sharing of Information

EHOSTSPRO does not sell personal information, Facebook Page data, access tokens, posts, or media. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the app, such as sending your requested content to Meta/Facebook through official APIs for publishing to your selected Facebook Pages.

7. Data Retention

Account data, Page connection data, scheduled posts, media files, comments, and logs may be retained while the dashboard is active. Failed or completed publishing logs may be kept for troubleshooting. You can delete posts, media, Pages, or account-related data from the dashboard or by requesting manual deletion.

8. Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of data connected to this application at any time. To request deletion, contact the site owner at:

Please include the words “EHOSTSPRO Data Deletion Request” in the subject line and include the Facebook account/Page details connected to the app. After verification, stored account data, Page tokens, scheduled posts, media, comments, and related logs will be deleted where technically possible.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook account settings. Removing the app from Facebook stops future access, but you may still contact us to delete data already stored on ehosts.pro.

9. Cookies and Sessions

The dashboard may use cookies or session storage for login authentication, security, and normal website functionality. These cookies are not used to sell or share advertising data.

10. Third-Party Services

The main third-party service used by the app is Meta/Facebook. Your use of Facebook is also governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.

11. Children’s Privacy

EHOSTSPRO is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when features, legal requirements, or Meta Platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
